Roles of Seller, Buyer and E-Commerce Platform in E-Invoicing （卖方、买方及电商平台在电子发票中的角色 ）

1. 电商平台（E-COMMERCE PLATFORM）与卖方（SELLER）

销售场景（For sales）

电商平台需开具：
  1. 平台收费电子发票 e-invoice for platform charges (commissions, listing fees) to seller 向卖方开具平台收费（佣金、 listing 费用等）的电子发票
  1. 卖方收入自开电子发票 self-billed e-invoice for income earned by seller 为卖方赚取的收入开具自开电子发票

退货场景（For goods return）

电商平台需操作： For goods return, platform to issue “Refund Note e-invoice” to seller 商品退货时，平台需向卖方开具 “退款通知电子发票”

2. 电商平台（E-COMMERCE PLATFORM）与买方（BUYER）

买方 A（BUYER A）

  • Platform issue e-invoice if Buyer request for e-invoice 如果买方需向平台索取电子发票，平台开具电子发票

买方 B（BUYER B）

  • Platform issue receipt & submit consolidated e-invoice if buyer do not request for e-invoice 如果买方无需向平台索取电子发票，平台开具收据并提交合并电子发票
